At 214 Prints, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth experience.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on the following items:

  • Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Non-Custom 3D Printed Items & Metal Signs: Must be unused and in original packaging.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged.

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or odors).

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@214prints.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Processing Time: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

  • If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost.
